By accessing Momentix LayPro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Prices are listed in USD. Refunds are available within 14 days if you have not progressed beyond 20% of any purchased course. Taxes may apply by jurisdiction.
Upon purchase, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or team-authorized educational use. No resale or redistribution.
- No attempts to circumvent access controls.
- No scraping or bulk downloading of course materials.
- No sharing of credentials or unauthorized public display.
All materials are protected by copyright and other laws. "Momentix LayPro" and related marks are our trademarks.
Training is provided "as is." We do not guarantee outcomes, jobs, or specific financial results. Always follow manufacturer instructions and local codes.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
Use appropriate PPE and follow safe tool practices. You are responsible for assessing on-site risks and complying with applicable regulations.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may close your account at any time; certain obligations survive termination.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
